Is Spinsy legit? The company, the licence and what players report
Spinsy takes Canadian players and pays out in CAD, yet its site never says who runs it. Here’s what its own pages publish, what they leave out, what players report on Trustpilot and how to check you’re on the real site. It takes about five minutes, and you’ll know what to weigh before a first deposit.

Spinsy runs as a working casino with published rules, CAD limits and Interac. What’s missing is the one thing a regulated casino always prints: the company and the licence that stand behind your balance.
What Spinsy’s own pages say about the operator
The footer on September 27, 2026 read: “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly. Spinsy.com only accepts customers over 18 years of age. 2026 © Spinsy.com All rights reserved.” Nothing else identifies the business.[1]
The terms call it “the Company” throughout. Clause 14.1 settles disputes “in accordance with the applicable Law”, and no clause says which country’s law that is.[2] The privacy notice says “The operator of this website is the Data Controller”, again without a name.[3]
In plain terms: if a dispute comes up, the site doesn’t tell you whom to write to beyond its own support.
The licences other sites mention
Some review sites attribute a Curaçao or an Anjouan licence to Spinsy, each with a different company name. The casino’s own pages confirm none of them, so we don’t repeat a number here.
A licensed offshore casino usually shows its regulator in the footer, often as a seal that opens the regulator’s register when you click it. On spinsy.com there’s no seal and no number. If one appears later, we’ll check it against the register and add it to this page with the date.
What players report on Trustpilot
On September 27, 2026 the Trustpilot profile for spinsy.com showed a TrustScore of 2.9 from 25 reviews: 15 five-star, one three-star and nine one-star. The profile is claimed, which means the company manages it.[4]
Most five-star reviews we read thank a named support agent for a quick answer. The two most recent English one-star reviews, from July 14 and September 2, 2026, are about withdrawals. The September reviewer writes that the 3-business-day deadline passed without payment.[4] Twenty-five reviews is a small sample, so read it as a pattern to watch, not as a verdict.
The pattern matches the terms: processing runs on weekdays only, and each request can wait up to 3 business days after the previous payout. The withdrawal page shows how that adds up for a larger win.
Where the terms help you, and where they don’t
Some rules work in your favour because they’re written down. Limits are published per day and per month for every VIP level. Documents have a clear window: you get 30 days to send them, and Spinsy says it usually verifies within 10. Clause 6.17 says customer funds sit in separate client bank accounts; with no company named, there’s no way to check that claim from outside.[2]
Others shift risk to you. Clause 6.3 says your balance “is not a bank balance” and can’t be insured. Clause 6.15 says that once the finance team has processed a request, “any further delays in processing payments are not the Company’s responsibility”.[2]
In plain terms: keep only what you’re playing with on the account, and withdraw winnings as soon as the rollover rule allows.
How a complaint works at Spinsy
Section 13 of the terms sets out the route. You write to support@spinsy.com first. If that doesn’t settle it, support asks you to send a written complaint to complaints@spinsy.com from your registered email, with your username, full name, dates and times, and “COMPLAINT” in the subject line. Spinsy says it answers within 10 days.[2]
For anything beyond that, clause 13.8 links to the AskGamblers complaints service. That is a private review site, not a regulator. A licensed casino would point you to its licensing authority instead.
How to know you’re on the real Spinsy
The casino’s address is spinsy.com. When we opened it from outside Canada it sent us on to a numbered address, spinsy-8599.com, with the same site and terms. Casinos often use numbered mirror addresses like this one.
Several other sites with “spinsy” in the address appear in Google Canada results for the brand, such as spinsycasino.ca and spinsy-casinoca.com. My verdict
Spinsy behaves like an established offshore casino: dated terms, CAD limits, Interac and, going by most Trustpilot reviews, responsive support. I can’t call it more than that, because it won’t say who runs it. If you play here, treat it as you would any unnamed operator: send ID after the first deposit, play the deposit through once, and withdraw winnings promptly.
